how to stop the itch from nicotine patches?

Its definitely going away now, but five minutes after applying the patch, it itches an incredible amount for about twenty minutes. Its slightly itchy (more of a tickle, actually) now. Is there anyway to ease the itchiness? I have sensitive skin, so I knew this would happen, but if I'm going to have to be putting one on everyday I hope there's a way to make it stop or make it less lol. But if not, I guess I can deal with the 20 minutes of itchiness everyday. :p

Oh, and any tips or anything that may be helpful for quitting smoking would be much appreciated!

i'm with you, drink alot of water it helps flush your system, and keep a postitive attitude, its really the key to sucess! Best of luck
