How to Take Night Car Pictures while Driving?

I'm new to photography and would like to know how to take pictures of another car driving on a highway at night from the passenger seat of another car. I have a Canon T3i with the standard lens
 
Aperture priority, f/3.5, ISO 3200. Track target, shoot, follow-through. If car is blurred, increase ISO further. It hard enough already to do this with lots of light. Good luck with your experiment. You might need the whole memory card to get even just one decent shot.
