how to transfer apps and tv shows from ipod touch to iphone?

I just bought the iphone 4 and i previously had the ipod touch where i purchased tv shows and apps. I was wondering how i can transfer what i bought onto my iphone. Thanks

Well just sync your ipod to your computer and transfer purchses and when its done program your iphone to it look at the information and make sure everyting you want to download to it by clicking the tabs and just sync it
