how to transfer itunes folder from windows to mac (possibly via iphone)?

i have an out of date windows with about 300 dollars worth of songs... i bought a new mac an obviously dont want to rebuy every song for 300 bucks again... its time consuming

how do i get my itunes folder from my windows to my mac. (yes my mac is authorized for my itunes account also)

could i do it via iphone with an app possibly?
