only cd will play, volume isnt controlable,wont change tracks. All buttons do not respond(menu,mode,sound,source etc). Took off faceplate and hit reset, made a whirring sound for a few seconds. did this twice, still nothing. radio not working. Had to remove battery cable for car repair but was working fine until went to preset the stations and it wouldnt do that. Dont know model, at least 8 years old
