My laptop has a button with a bluetooth sign on it
But every time I press the button it just comes up with a red cross
And there's nothing in the control panel for bluetooth settings
Does my laptop actually have bluetooth?
And if so how do I turn it on?
Any help would be much appreciated as I'm trying to connect my new phone to it
