Everytime I go on the blackberry handheld upgrade page and click Blackberry 8520, Next, I get this message. "We're Sorry...
Sorry, Your session has expired. Please close your browser and try again or re-enter from the link in which you were provided."
What can I do? Is it only me who has this problem?
All the other models work perfectly and I'd be able to download them. But my phone is a 8520... & it wont even open.
The one time it did open, I had to fill in my information about where I live/ etc. and got this message-
