How to use bluetooth on my metro ZTE C78?

Okay i bought the zte c78 and i dont know how to use the bluetooth to get ringtones from my friend. But when i do try i go to blue tooth on for 60 secs, and when we do connect it shows my name and i see hers and i put the code in and it goes thru but when i press pair it says there is no device availble, SO SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME THANK YOU! :]
