How to use Motorola MicroSD adapter on the computer?

i have a Motorola MicroSD adapter for my sprint rumor phone which i got from the sprint (express radio) store but i have no clue how to use it , can someone explain to me please.

To use the microSD adapter you put the microSD card in it and put the adapter in a slot that fits a regular size SD card. If your computer doesn't have a slot you buy a card reader. Then you go to My Computer and the SD card should be there.
