How toget 5 months puppy to whine at the door?

im trying to train my puppy to potty outside but sometime he just wants to potty when ever he wants. its completly random so no telling when he will potty he all ready potty on my bed like 2 times( had to buy a new matress, new couch, and several new carpets.

you train if you want him to
take to trainer to learn how to train your dog

takes at least two weeks of 24/7 training to get a good start on potty training
take out on leash, tell potty, praise and reward
let off to play with you for 30 minutes
keep on leash in house, watch for signs, take out
crate when you can't watch.. not to live in just when you can't watch
get up every 2-3 hours to take out at night
