How Would i Adjust my Dirt Bike Suspension?

I have a 1991 KX80 Big Wheel model and the suspension is was to soft... how would i stiffen it .... the front forks are NOT inverted, and the rear shock is standed... and can u please make your answers easy to understand thank you that would mean alot and please be specific..

Chances are your whole suspension needs a complete overhaul if it's not been done since the bike was new.
A shop manual would be extremely important at this point of repair.
