How would you rate Sam Bradford's rookie year?

I'm not a Rams or Sooners fan but I've watched him play and he's done great so far. Over 3000 yards and 18 TD's is pretty good for a rookie QB on a mediocre at best team like the Rams. I think he's gonna be a great QB in the future.

I think he is doing pretty good. His WR's suck. If they made half the catches they should have, they would have won yesterday & he's be in the playoffs.

Bradford has the misfortune of following some pretty good rookie quarterbacks into the league in recent years. Joe Flacco and Matt Ryan took their teams to the playoffs while Mark Sanchez made the playoffs with the Jets.
Ryan had an 87.7 passer rating as a rookie while Flacco's was 80.3. Bradford's rating of 76.5 is better than that of Sanchez for either of his first two seasons in the league -- they are 63.0 and 75.3, respectively -- but no one is touting Sanchez as a top notch quarterback yet.
Bradford struggled in three of his last four games and that probably cost the Rams a playoff spot. Bradford did lose a couple of his better receivers to injury and the head coach gave the young man virtually no help by failing (or refusing) to utilize a valuable asset in Steven Jackson over the last month of the season but I still rate him at 5/10.
He wasn't terrible but he still has a way to go before her matches the success of Flacco and Ryan.

I'd give him a 8 or 9 out of ten based upon expectations and the fact he was a rookie

A 5 out of 10 compared to all other qb's on an even playing field

i think he did 8/10, he did have WR problems, but i think the only thing that held him back was that the coaches told him not to throw any dangerous throws down the field, him being a rookie.

with the experience this year, i think that next year his coaches will have to make hi throw down the field more often, and win some games.

i wuld have said he was spectacular until he started to fall apart in the late season . he went from 17 td and 9 int to 18 td and 15 int. he still had a great rookie season though. deff has a future

Why is everyone swooning over Bradford. Some idiots actually think Spagniolo should be considered for coach of the year. Are you kidding me? Since when was 7-9 something to be proud of? Pathetic. But I guess that's the best the St. Louis fans can expect from the "Greatest Show on Turf" Haha, what a joke. Still can't get over Superbowl XXXVI. HA!
