hp mini 210 netbook- 'no integrated bluetooth'- what does this mean?

I've been reading up about the basic 3-cell battery hp mini 210 netbook and read that it had no integrated bluetooth(unlike the 6-cell battery version), what does this actually mean? I've heard of blue tooth on phones but not netbooks, will it make much of a difference if I don't have it?
 
this simply means you have no Bluetooth built into the computer. you would only need bluetooth if you wanted to send or receive files from e.g a phone. if anything bluetooth use's battery when its on so you don't really need it, unless you want to bluetooth files to your phone
 
bluetooth is means for short range wireless communication between devices -- you are already familiar with bluetooth used for cell phones communicating with headsets.
Lots of other devices can use bluetooth to transfer data. If you don't have any such devices, it's not an important feature to have. But it's possible you may in the future while you still have the netbook.
