SO, I load an .MP4 video files (it has AAC sound) and there is no sound. I check on PC, and sound DOES play, but not on my phone...???

I have that issue with some of my files as well but it plays the sound and no video 
I am on a droid incredible......what you need to do is take the mp4 file and use a converter, like windows movie maker and convert it to a different file. It has something to do with the coding of some mp4's....
