So my husband was offered a job making decent money but it requires him to be gone alot.. sometimes 2 to 3 weeks at a time. He has gone on two trips so far for them to test him out and they offered him the job. One trip was for 2 days and the other was for a week. We have 4 kids at home an we are doing okay financially but working together around here and with the kids we stay very busy. I dont know that I can do everything by myself and I stayed stressed the whole time he was gone. He seems to like the job and I dont want to stand in his way. Should I tell him how I feel about the job or just suck it up and do the best I can do. I dont want to see my relationship crumble and I really need help around here. I have thought about hiring help but its not the same. The kids need their dad around and I need my husband. However if he takes this job I WILL have to hire someone to help. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Any moms out there in this situation? How do you handle the husband being gone?
