I accidentally clicked for Word to open automatically when I connect my...

...itouch, how do i change this? Typically whenever I would connect my itouch to my computer there would be a pop up that would ask for me to choose what program it wants my pictures sent to, and now Word automatically opens. By opening word it slows down my computer. Please help :)
 
go to computer right click on ur ipod click auto run and u will probably have to unchek a box the says something like always open with this program
