Like the illegal Europeans who immigrated here throughout the centuries and took massive amounts of resources away from those who were truly true Americans. If they live in America and work to support it, they’re American. Besides, who cares what nationality they are? This is a moral issue regarding human beings as a whole and their rights. If they are human and can suffer just as much as what you define as Americans can and also contribute to American society (with the type of jobs that most US citizens don’t want to do), then why shouldn’t they have access to the same healthcare and why shouldn’t this healthcare be adequate for their needs (the same goes for everyone, including US citizens)? Also, according to the Constitution, they need to have been born in the US to be US citizens, but their parents don’t have to have been (and this, of course, is excluding the other legal ways of obtaining citizenship). By the way, I am a US citizen by both definitions (I and both of my parents were born in the US).
