Using one alarm clock used to wake me up, but it's almost as if I've grown immune to it, able to either go back to sleep with out even shutting it off, or just sleeping through it completely. Now it takes somewhere between 3-5 alarms to wake me up! Here are some of me questions::
*If I woke up to a different sound each morning, would that help?
*What alarm clock do you use?
*Is using a phone alarm clock effective?
*Can you please give me some tips?
