My parents have good credit; we have a $2 million house, live in a good neighborhood in San Francisco. I consider myself a good driver.

you're still a teenager. Insurance is insane, especially for a car like that until you're 25yrs old. Credit and house cost have no importance. Also, those things are your parents' not yours.
just call the insurance companies and ask them.
It also depends on the type of coverage you want, and if you're a male insurance wil be more than for a female
