i just want to be able to do some sick dunks
i am on week 3 of my jumpsoles this week

can any one else tell me when iam done with 12 weeks of jumsoles
what i can do to get there?
trying to get more info.........

let the jumpsoles be man, by fact there is no special training and no secret exercise that miracles up the vertical. surrender to it, it's only marketing and they are damn good man.
if i were you i would not spend money on jumpsoles and i would buy the vertical jump bible for the same price, with that u become expert on VJ and u train accordingly to YOUR needs. many of my friends tried it and i really have to say that it works damn good. have a look to the vertical summit's forum too, they get get you high and help you well.
