I am currently updating my Blackberry 9000's OS to 5.0.0.592 taking forever?

I'm updating through BB desktop manager and it says
"Downloaded modules 14 of 555"
yet its been going for about half an hour, and I'm sure it's not that my internet is too slow... whats going on?
 
Take it back to the shop from which you bought it and ask them to do it for you or replace it.
