...villain from the late 80's, 90's. he? he was an anime character and i have an image of him in my mind, standing in a castle. dressed like a prince maybe and very handsome. he was charming but ultimately a bad guy. i thought he might have been from Ulysses but i can't find him. he was very striking and i have never forgotten him but want to track down what cartoon he was from. this has been driving me crazy for about 20 years. please help! he may also have been holding a rose, standing silently.
