...and....? wanting to ask another question about repairing it. The lite is still coming on (check engine)so my husband bought a device that tells the problem and it says the catalyst . Well I have had them replaced like a year ago, my question mostly is the vw is loosing oil somewhere, it don't smoke but every once in a while I hav to add a quart of oil. Could it be that the oil is going thru the catalysts some way and clogging them up? If so what can be done to correct this?
