I am going to wrestle for my first time next year, what should I be prepared

for and do before the season? I am going to wrestle for my high school as a sophomore next year. I am 5'7 and 112 pounds.. i sound little lol but I actually have broad shoulders and a really build upper body. I was just wanting to know what i should be prepared for when i begin wrestling and what workouts or tips do you have that i can use over the summer to prepare myself for the season. Also, is 113 a hard weight class ?
