...part time mean? nights? weekends? during this masters i will continue working as a full time Primary teacher so would like to know ho they fit the course around your job?

This very much depends on the University. In London, it tends to mean evenings, but my daughter's just starting a part-time MA in Liverpool - and that doesn't seem to involve evenings. My M.Sc - done part-time many years ago - involved day release from school.

Simple solution, ring MMU!

I completed a part time masters degree several years ago. Lectures were usually in the evenings but practical laboratory work was on Saturday mornings. Don.t forget trips to the library which often closed early evenings. University libraries were a minefield. You do not have a set reading list as with the open university and often the colleges are scattered. I had to travel 12 miles for lectures The dissertation would take forever if you are working full time as well as reading for the degree. Try and get your hypothesis fixed and your tutor in agreement long before the final year. Be absolutely methodical with your notes and file all data so that it is at hand. Good luck
