I am looking for a good styling product?

Im a guy and have short medium layered hair which is very thick, (my sideburn thingos go past my ears) and i am looking for a styling product that: doesnt make straightened hair go curly, has a strong hold that will last through the day without looking greasy and hold my thick hair up.
any tips, suggestions, etc
