I am looking for aftermarket wheels with a blue trim around them where should i look?

I have a 1997 Honda Prelude that i am looking to dress up. while in california i saw an evo with a really nice set of wheels on it. alot of wheels have that red pin stripe on the outside of the wheel i always liked that look but the evo had a blue stripe. i would like a set of these for my prelude does ne one know where i should look?
