...go back to Iowa? the thing is , it is just me and OLDER brother who is being a big doucher so should i stay or go home
but the thing about i am ok going home or staying also dont give me an answer that says its up to you

Stay in CA as long as you can! I'm originally from Iowa and I used to cry when I had to fly back to Iowa from summer vacations in CA. Enjoy it while you're here!
