Okay, so I'm a 17 year old female, and I will be 18 in a few months.
But I am sooooo skinny and I look about 14 because of it! I eat so much, both healthy and unhealthy foods to try and create some balance, but I still resemble nothing more than a skeleton.
So, how can I put on weight in order to look older? I'm just looking to put on 3 stone, and I need the weight to go mostly to my arms and legs. I find that my torso (chest and stomach) isn't as bony as the rest of my body.
