i am so sick of my face help!?

i do not think im ugly it's not fair to people who are worse of then me but i need some tips for my face! i don't have pimples but my face is fairly pasty and always red! i don't know why i am a natural blonde and when i was younger my face was quite tanned and very clear. Now a lot of the time i feel really hot even when its a cold day and my face looks like a tomato! People always make jokes like are you have a hot flush! and im starting to believe it because my face always feels boiling and i'm only 14 i don't want to be having hot flushes that's for old people! i am not fat at all i do a lot of sport and i just need answers as to why i have this and what it could be?
