I am 14 and I am REALLY needing a Cell Phone! My Mom won't get me one! not even a track-phone! I have been followed and watched and its freaking me out! I'm afraid if I don't get one I will get hurt!! And I don't have the money to buy one myself! Any ideas?? Serious answers ONLY please
 
Sorry but if your Mom will not buy it and you have no money there really is no answer.
