I am 14 and I am REALLY needing a Cell Phone! My Mom won't get me one! not even a track-phone! I have been followed and watched and its freaking me out! I'm afraid if I don't get one I will get hurt!! And I don't have the money to buy one myself! Any ideas?? Serious answers ONLY please
