...interior room. What can I do.? The cruise date is July 24. Orbitz claims the rooms are interchangeable but the window room costs 100.00 more which I paid in advance. What recourse do I have to correct this situation?

Take a screenshot or printout of the page that shows that there's a price differential between the two. The page might get removed or changed in the future, so just a URL isn't enough. Make sure you've got that as evidence in case you need it.

Before taking any more drastic measures, have you tried speaking to a supervisor or manager there and explaining the situation? Quite often, that's all it takes.

If the ticket is refundable, you could always just refund it and take your business elsewhere. If not, it depends on how you paid. If you used a credit (NOT DEBIT) card to pay, you can dispute the charge with the credit card company, on the grounds of services not delivered as promised. Again, make sure you have those screenshots/printouts to back you up.

Finally, if all else fails, you can take the matter to small claims court. Only use this after trying other options, including discussing it with the company and possibly going through the BBB-judges have limited time on dockets, and want to see you going to court as a last resort, not a matter of course. On the other hand, if you've done everything you can and the company is genuinely in the wrong, the court will have absolutely no sympathy for them.
