I bought a LoL champion and other people can use him?

In League of Legends I bought Blitzcrank with RP and Tyandamere with IP a couple days ago. Today I went on and was looking at skins and it had skins for a champ i didnt buy (kayle) under "champion owned." When I go to play I can use kayle or tyandamere freely but Blitzcrank is open to other people. Please help im really confused :S
