I bought an unlocked Iphone from Dubai, how can I use my Rogers number

with the phone ? I bought an unlocked Iphone from Dubai (they told me any SIM would work with the phone), but my Rogers SIM Card does not work if I put it in the phone.How do I solve this problem ?
 
I also bought a phone from Dubai last month, ur sim card should be able to work because my dad used his rogers sim card and it worked fine. In your case you may need to buy another sim card($50) because ur iphone may not recognize it
