I bought The Sims 2 Double Deluxe on GameTap to download and it's not installing?

Alright so.. my parents let me buy The Sims 2 on GameTap. I bought it and it even says it's been bought. Now, it won't install and I'm getting REALLY stressed. Okay.. I click the link and it starts and then it says "Please insert disc 1 and click OK. If the files on this disc can be found in a folder other than the one displayed below, enter the correct path or click Browse," WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO EVEN MEAN?! My parents try to help but they can't figure it out and again, they're getting mad. So, please help. Also, we tried entering a disc with nothing on it and it's still not working. I think I just fricken wasted money.. so, please help.

if you bought the digital version then it should be saved as a digital cd on ur comp, u just have to find it on ur comp. and click it when it asks for the cd, don't worry, u didn't waste ur money, u just have to find it, try looking on "my computer"
