I used PC Suite.
The computer recognizes the pictures and files in my phone but when I try to back it up, I get a screen that says it cannot recognize the connection.
My phone is not in the pull-down.
I have the proper cable and my computer recognizes certain files, but i cannot back up any of them through PC suite.
I like PC Suite and it has a very nice interface. Seems simple.
But it keeps asking me to set something on my phone which is not on my phone.
I want to back up everything including my videos, pictures, address book and profile in case I lose the phone or something happens to it.
