i cannot get my downloaded torrents to play correctly?

i downloaded vuze and then downloaded a few torrents that worked with my friends computer. i downloaded it completely and when i play it, the audio plays fine but the visual is very messed up. and something on my computer says that they must switch to a different windows visual system or something like that. how do i play the movie or change the color scheme ?

you may have a bad upload or it may be the media player itself. dwnload "VLC" media player, it plays everything. also for movies only dwnld "AXXO" he has only dvd quality uploads..
