I cannot remember the unlock code to SLVR motorola phone!?

I have to use my old old old phone, and when I was using it, I had an unlock code put on for the text messages. However, now I cannot remember the unlock code. I've tried the whole secuirty code being 000000, but it's changed since I used it. Can anyone help?! I'm super desperate.
 
A lot of phones have the default code being the last four digits of your phone number. Other than that, I wouldn't know
