I cant find out why i keep getting disconnected from xbox live.?

Everytime i connect anywhere from 5 seconds to 5 minutes later i get disconnected. If i try to join a game, invite to chat, or anything it basically kicks me. I dont understand why, my UPnP is turned on and i have a NETGEAR wireless router model WRG614 v5.
 
here, its an xbox 360 and ps3 community. register there. we can help you get it set up
