I Can't get Bittorrent to work. (Lot's of Red Arrows)?

Every time I click a download from any torrent site it won’t start because of something with the trackers or peers I’m guessing. I get lots of little red arrows. I’ve also switched downloaders and get the same results only in different ways. Is there a quick fix to this? I never had this problem before.

There must not be any seeds or peers. Without them, you simply can't download the file.

There is nothing you can really do except for wait until a seed connects.
