I cant get my new macbooks bluetooth to work, It wont send files it lets me

receive files? and lets other macbooks browse my files but i cant send anything to anything via bluetooth. Ive tried calling Apple but it seems like theyre always closed. Every time i try sending a file i get the error message saying "To use the services on this computer, turn on Bluetooth Sharing in its Sharing preferences" but ive gone through blue tooth prefrences and everything is on. ive gone to every settings menu that has to do with bluetooth and everything is on. Please help! anyone here are some images that might help thank you so much!
