i can't go in my treehouse on the game called McWorld. It's on www.vw.happymeal.com?

each time i click the tree house it keeps loading and i have waited for about 30 minutes. it might be the internet but when i click something else it works. i don't get why when i click the tree house
it doesn't work.
 
I have found both keys and I've been through the same thing. I was on mcworld.com not vw.happymeal.com.
