I can't laugh from a severe condition.?

A few years ago, I laughed really really hard and it pooped everywhere. the pain was excruciating and luckily I could scream for my roommate to call 911. I was in the hospital for weeks until the doctor told me at the end that I blasted some internal organ or something (I can't remember) and I couldn't laugh anymore, or i will possibly die from severe blood loss. It is a horrible condition. It hurts to poop and fart and whenever I stand up or sit down, I sweat from the pain. I am not the smartest person so I jumped on a trampoline and I popped something and I screamed in pain which put me in the hospital for 2 days.
What can I do to help this situation?
