I can't play this file type...HDTV.XviD-FQM.[VTV].avi I can only get audio?

can anyone help why I can't play this type of avi file? I get sound but no picture, have tried on real player, quick time player but can't work out whats wrong?

your video file cannot recognize, try to use k-lite codec player this is the link try to download http://codecguide.com/download_kl.htm

It's possible you just need to download some codec's to get it working. I know whenever I play a video file and only get the sound, it's almost always a codec issue. The other small portion is that the player I'm using doesnt support either the codec or file I'm trying to play.
Try the link below to download a huge compilation of codecs that should get most, if not ALL, videos to play fine.
