I can't really download demos or content from the X-BOX Live Marketplace? Help?

Whenever I download content or a demo, it just gets stuck at 1% and never really downloads. I've waited hours and hours and sometimes a whole day but it stays at 1%. Do you have any ideas what it could be? Do I just have a bad connection? I really want to download that new Skate 3 demo but can't because it stays at 1% and eventually says it can't download! Can you give me any tips and help please? It's also the same with updating games. Whenever I update a game I haven't played in a while, it takes like an hour to update and sometimes doesn't update!

Well there is few possible causes and few answers.The causes might be bad internet connection(what i mean by connection is signal from your xbox 360 to your wireless internet).Or that you download a lot of stuff and your memory is ate the end or your xbox memory has finished.Another thing that might of caused it is maybe the condition of your xbox.Well if i was in your condition i would try a new avatar and gamer tag and then see if it download' s.Oh yeah sorry i forgot THERE IS A WAY TO GET DEMO'S ON MARKET PLACE.It involves for you going on your laptop and and google up xbox and go to the first link.Then sign in with your xbox live hotmail or what ever and type your password.Then go to market place located on the top right and search for what ever and download it and it will appear on your xbox360 next time you go on it
