I can't receive MMS have a LG neon and with Rogers?

So i'm with Rogers and i have an LG neon. It just started happening yesterday where my friend told me he sent me a picture message and since i didn't get it i asked him to send it again. He sent it around 5 times and i still haven't got it and its been a good 17 hours. I usually can send and receive MMS texts it just started happening. And to make sure it was my phone, and not his, I tried sending a picture message to myself and I didn't get it. Can someone help me? Anyone know how to fix the problem?
