I can't set my Mp3 file to a Ringer for my Ringtone file on Samsung M350 help?

I have an Micro SD Card and the thing to put it in, and I tried goin' to sites and makin' the Ringtone, but still won't go in my Ringers list. (I have no internet on my phone, it's to much for us apperently)
Please help, I've tried for over 6 hours at least.... -.- I've done everythin' that I can...
