It happened about a few hours ago when my throat really began hurting. At first I thought it was nothing but now its gotten so bad I cant swallow or talk. I've noticed two swollen red lumps in the back of my throat ( I dont know if they are my tonsils or what, I've never seen my tonsils) and when I poked them, they set my mouth on fire. What's wrong?
