I can't talk to guys, does someone mind helping me change that?

I never approach these situations well. Uh, I can't talk to guys, at all. I don't know what to talk about, don't know how to seem "charming" to a guy, how not to seem to "into myself" if I talk too much about myself. I never know how to make the conversation go on, and how to not seem boring and irritating, and don't know how to make guys laugh.

Can someone help me out!? I'm SO desperate for help! I'm 15. thank you.
